Our policies

At Cutting Edge, we like to consider our customers and neighbours as much as possible. Below are a few guidelines we like to adhere to.

We will only burn garden waste from 5th November - 28th February, (unless in industrial areas with no surrounding neighbours).

We will also avoid burning on sunny days, when washing is out or if windows are open. We will burn through these times as normal if it is raining or very cold, thus avoiding washing and open windows issues.

We aim not to start machinery before 8am on weekdays and 9am Saturdays, unless in an industrial or remote areas where we will not disturb other residents.

Cheques are made payable to Cutting Edge on completion of jobs, in some instances and by prior arrangement you may be required to pay for materials in advance of work commencing.

We are happy to invoice at the end of each month for maintenance work however payment must be received within 7 days of receipt.
